S.E.E.4VETS is a non-profit organization whose mission is to accelerate the support of our nation’s men and women who have served in uniform as productive members of society, including pursuing educational goals, or degree and have greater opportunities for success and advancement. . S.E.E.4VETS works with community colleges, such as , to create implementation programs that encourage older students to “move forward” in their academic careers.

If you don’t receive an email, check your spam folder and make sure you sent the message. You can come back and complete other questions later if you don’t have time first. You can do this by logging in, going to the main menu (it looks like three lines), and ordering, then click on the fourth page.

Step 4: Check your inbox for updates and clarifications on your application and status. Delivery information and waiting lists will be provided by the end of April.
Step 5: If selected, you must accept your valid scholarship offer – you can do this by clicking the Accept button in your sending email or by logging into your Idaho Scholarship account and clicking on Accept from your official page. This indicates your desire to attend an appropriate state institution and maintain the integrity of the education specified by the scholarship you will receive.
Step 6: Funds will be distributed to the college you selected on your acceptance form. Your financial aid offer letter will be updated in the summer to include your scholarship. This can be done in late August / early September. You will hear from your university once you have been accepted there. You are not eligible for scholarship programs if you have not graduated from an Idaho high school, home school or equivalent program (GED/HSE taken in Idaho).

Yes. The Tschudy Family Scholarship has a FAFSA deadline of February 15. The Idaho Scholarship has a FAFSA deadline of March 1. Applications without a FAFSA and an approved FAFSA submission will not be considered. It’s best to submit your FAFSA as soon as it opens on October 1, in case there are any problems with your application.

The Idaho Opportunity Scholarship is eligible, meaning that 70% of the credit given to the student’s application is based on the EFC (Estimated Family Contribution) on their Free Application for Federal Student Aid ( FAFSA) and 30% based on the student’s GPA. The final score is calculated based on the requirement score and the merit score. Applications are ranked from highest score to lowest score. The number of scholarships awarded depends on the amount of money distributed that year.
